Rex grew up on a western Iowa grain and livestock farm and is a 1972 graduate of Iowa State University. Prior to joining Stalcup Ag Service in 1974, Rex worked as a resident farm manager on an irrigated grain farm. Rex received the AFM (Accredited Farm Manager) title in 1980. Awards include the Iowa Chapter Conservation Award and the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers Excellence in Education Award. Rex was elected President of Stalcup Ag Service in 1995. |

Lyn Berkland, AFM |

Lyn was born and raised on a farm in Palo Alto County, Iowa. After graduating from Iowa State University in 1970, he farmed with his father for three years and then worked with Production Credit Association as an office manager and loan officer for three years before joining Stalcup Ag Service in 1976. Lyn earned his AFM (Accredited Farm Manager) title in 1978 and has served on several Iowa Chapter committees and the Board of Directors. |

Terry Argotsinger, |

Terry was raised on a livestock farm near Denison in Crawford County, Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University in 1971. He managed farms in Illinois and Wisconsin for three years before joining Stalcup Ag Service in 1978. Terry earned his AFM (Accredited Farm Manager) title in 1980 and the ARA (Accredited Rural Appraiser) title in 1984. Along with managing farms, he provides expert witness court testimony on agricultural matters. He has also worked as a consultant in Slovakia to help farm organizations migrate to a free market economy. Terry is responsible for managing Stalcup's computer operations. |

Kent Smith, AFM |

Kent was raised on a grain and livestock farm in south central Nebraska and graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1983. He came to Stalcup Ag Service in 1987 after working four years as a farm manager, rural appraiser and real estate broker for a Bank in Sioux City. Kent earned his AFM (Accredited Farm Manager) title in 1988. He has served on the Iowa Board of Directors and on national committees of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. He served as president of the Iowa Chapter in 2005 and as President of the Iowa Chapter Education Foundation in 2006. Kent is also involved with the Buena Vista County Extension Council and 4-H Youth Committee, and also serves as a 4-H leader |

Dennis Reyman, AFM |

Dennis was raised on a grain and livestock farm in Woodbury County, Iowa. He received a degree in Farm Management from Iowa Lakes Community College in 1979 and a degree in Business and Economics from Morningside College in 1992. He farmed and worked in the fertilizer and feed business prior to joining Stalcup Agricultural Service in 1993 as a farm real estate appraiser. He has prepared appraisal reports on agricultural properties throughout Northwest Iowa and the surrounding areas, and manages farms in Buena Vista, Sac, Cherokee, Ida, Woodbury, and Monona Counties. Dennis earned his ARA designation in 1998 and his AFM designation in 2001. He has served on the Iowa Chapter Board of Directors and committees, Woodbury County Extension, local elevator and church boards. |

Nathan Deters, AFM |

Nathan was raised in the small town of Eitzen in southeastern Minnesota, where his work experience included helping in the family implement business and working on livestock and crop farms. He received a degree in animal science from Iowa State University in 1987. He worked for a farm supply cooperative in sales and management and as a livestock buyer for a large meat packing company before joining Stalcup Ag Service in 1998. Nathan earned his AFM (Accredited Farm Manager) title in 2002. |
