Comments: |
| Crops have advanced rapidly with warm and mostly dry weather. A few days have been stressfully hot with temperatures well over 90, but mostly we have been in the mid 80's. The warmth has pushed the corn ahead of normal development, and pollination should be completed within a week, and under favorable conditions. Soybeans have improved appearance with the heat. Some areas from the okoboji area south and east recieved heavy rain, hail and wind damage from a storm on July 17th. |
