Comments: |
| Last week was very cool and wet, and crops made little progress. Early planted corn that was froze off on May 9th has started to rebound, but more heat will help. With a warm, dry forecast this week, planted crops should make good progress, and soybean planting should be largely finished.
Markets have moved lower as the European debt issues has led to a stronger dollar and a weakening of commodity prices. Crop planting progress nationwide is still ahead of normal, and at this early date crop conditions look good |
