Comments: |
| Heavy rainfall has been the theme throughout the midwest over the last 7 to 10 days switching weather concerns from too dry to too wet. Surface ponds are starting to show up across the landscape as well as areas of surface erosion. High temps and humidity during the day are the main cause of all the precipitation being experienced overnight. The markets have rallied over the last 7 to 10 days due to a USDA report stating high demand from ethanol and exports leading to lower ending stocks. China's demand for corn has been offseting all the negative economy news throughout the rest of the world. |
