Comments:

Farmers have finished up the soybean harvest for the most part. There are a few bean fields still out there but if this week provides good weather they will be harvested. Corn is being harvested as fast as the local cooperatives will take it, which is slow. The wait in line to dump corn is running anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. Fall field work happening across most of the country side. Fertilizer and tillage are the two major practices being done by farmers this time of year before the frost hits. We need at least two weeks to finish harvest and fall field work. Let us pray for no ground freezing frost or snow.
