Nathan Deters AFM

Harvest is near completion due to tremendous weather this fall. Highs in the 70’s coupled with breezy days, allowed crops to dry in the field and reduce drying costs as well. Yields in the area were exceptional to say the least.

With mixed harvest reports, the markets have been variable with large and small moves in both directions. Local basis has stayed wide and many full corn bunkers make for an expectation of little basis shrink in the near future.
